2010 Critical Case Analysis Competition

In collaboration with Monitor Prawniczy, MERSKI Radcy Prawni i Adwokaci Sp. k. announces seventh Critical Case Analysis Competition. The case to be analysed should be one of employment law cases decided by the Supreme Court. We invite law students and graduates and legal apprentices.

Main Prize:

a monthly internship with our law firm,

a brand notebook

The authors of the winning analysis and of any analyses that receive distinctions will also be awarded the following publication from C.H. Beck publishing house:

- Kodeks pracy. Komentarz, pod. red. prof. zw. dr hab. Andrzeja Mariana Świątkowskiego, seria Komentarze Kodeksowe, wydanie 3, Wydawnictwo C.H. Beck 2010

In addition, the winning analysis and any analyses that receive distinctions will be published in Monitor Prawniczy.

Each competitor should submit one critical analysis of one of the Supreme Court cases listed in the Competition Rules.

Deadline for submission of analyses: 14 January 2011.
