To ensure that our organisation can cope with the requirements of systematic management of a large number of customer relations, we have developed our own unique electronic case archiving and monitoring system called Repertorium®. The system not only allows us to monitor litigation and other engagements but also gives clients continuing access to the electronic folders of their cases. By using it, our clients' staff can easily check trial schedules, review both incoming and outgoing documents for each proceeding and rely on archived legal opinions, memorandums and arguments.
Our goal is to develop a consistent case management strategy for each case category, regardless of which branch, division or subsidiary within a corporate group is concerned. This not only results in cost efficiencies thanks to reduced case preparation and management time, but also enables implementation of organisation-wide preventative schemes to reduce the incidence of disputes that are based on similar facts.
